“I needed to get my machine calibrated so I went to the BACtrack website. First off, the website is easy to use. I paid $20 on the site and got instructions on how to mail it in. I paid $5 at the post office and in 1 week I got it back. They decided to send me a brand new machine instead of my old one. It came with new mouth pieces and case as well. I am very impressed with the company.”
“The calibration was performed quickly and the device returned a few days sooner than I had expected, which was a relief because results had grown inconsistent and I rely on the device to ensure that I don't get into trouble with my ignition interlock device (the accuracy of which I have considerable less confidence in).,”

“I own a BACtrack-Breathalyzer Model S80. I recently sent it in via USPS from PA to San Francisco for calibration. The entire process was completed and returned to me in one week. I was contacted by email the calibration was completed and being shipped back to me immediately. Just outstanding customer service and support!!! I would like to add an additional comment which I think may have contributed to requiring the calibration other than repeated use. After each use I would place the unit back into it's carry case. I think this is probably a mistake because it doesn't allow any vapors from the tube or internal components to dry rapidly, rather sealing the unit from any air exposure thereby retaining moisture which may compromise internal components over time. Just an assumption on my part. Going to contact BACtrack customer support for additional feedback.”
