Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear the service was quick and the quality decent, but we’re sorry to hear the item didn’t include the handles as shown.
Most of our units do specify if they come with handles or not, if they are not included . There will be an option to purchase separately as there is various styles to choose from.
