I can see that our customer service team have been speaking with you and did arrange a collection for the item, the collection was then cancelled due to no response from yourself .

“Two attempts to get undamaged bath panels but each time there were dents. In fairness to Bathshack, they did add extra packaging on the second attempt but I think the panels were damaged when they were supplied to them. Customer services were also very responsive and did their best to resolve the issue. My poor rating applies to the Halite bath panels only as I think our issues were down to the manufacturers and their poor packaging/QA rather than Bathshack.”
