“The tap is great unfortunately the support from Bathshack was appalling. Our order came minus some connections and the installation instruction leaflet When I contacted them I was asked to send photos of the missing pieces!!! Then asked to highlight in the manual what was missing !! (No manual) Having gone on line and found a diagram I duly forwarded the graphics to them highlighting what was missing. After another long wait a package arrived and The completely wrong pieces enclosed.
Not impressed with Bathshack. Shop somewhere else.”
“Tiles were stunning, but besides that everything else is a nightmare.
We have ordered 8 big tiles for walls, 120 x 60cm.
3 of of 8 were cracked across, boxes were soaked. Reaching anyone on the phone was impossible, so we refused to take delivery. We have send an email 5 days ago. Except of email back that ticket was open we have not heard from Bathshack. We don't know what our options are, will we get our money back or will we get another delivery. 5 days waiting and nothing.”

“This unit wasn't available after I'd ordered it. I recieve a phone call explaining this and was offered a different product which was suitable and an upgrade. Delighted with service,they could have easily just stated product wasn't available anymore but instead ensured I was happy and received an alternative”

“Two attempts to get undamaged bath panels but each time there were dents. In fairness to Bathshack, they did add extra packaging on the second attempt but I think the panels were damaged when they were supplied to them. Customer services were also very responsive and did their best to resolve the issue. My poor rating applies to the Halite bath panels only as I think our issues were down to the manufacturers and their poor packaging/QA rather than Bathshack.”

“My low score was nothing to do with the actual product, when I received it, it was decent quality, looks well. However they sent wrong toilet bowl which resulted in me having to take 2 hrs out of my day and drive 60miles to collect the correct toilet bowl as they had labelled the box incorrectly. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer a discount for this!”

“The item itself was perfect however the delivery service was poor!
I did not receive the item and had to search for it, finally locating it at DPD headquarters in Antrim! No correspondence via email!
DPD suggested the driver could not find the address however it was on a main road with no reason not to find it.”
“Will never order anything from Bathshack again. Due to an issue with the website we ended up ordering the wrong size shower screen. It took 2 weeks of frustrating phone calls to get them to collect it and send out another one that was the correct size. They refused to admit liability and charged us for the delivery. Worst customer services ever.”
“Terrible customer service waiting over a week for response, I had to threaten to contact my bank to get a response. I gave a reply and still waiting over a week for another response. But don’t worry, I will be taking it further, it’s not a fool your dealing with.”
