Called them up and they ordered a new chrome one which they then delivered to the house and picked up the other one. Absolutely first class service from a great company. Many thanks”

I have emailed customer service and nobody has gotten back to me in 4 days and I called customer service and they said they were looking into it and would update my existing customer service ticket but have not had any updates. I've spent almost €800 so I would like an update ASAP”

“Great service, great communication and updates on delivery after the order and very clear instructions about checking the tiles on arrival and the time we had to revert with any issues, all very clear, lovely product and subsequently placed another order for bathroom furniture. Would recommend.”
“On the ordering and delivery side of things I can't fault Bathshack. Everything went smoothly and as promised. The items I bought will be residing in the garage until they can be installed but on a rudimentary inspection they appear to be complete and in good condition.”
“The choice of products is good, I was able to select the exact item I wanted. Placing the order was incident free and the wait for the item to be delivered was reasonable. I received a call on Wednesday asking if Friday was suitable for delivery. Friday was suitable but as I was free on Wednesday I asked if I might collect the item. They needed to check with their store staff to confirm that there was a collection slot available, the promised to call me back soon. They didn't call that day. They actually called on Thursday to confirm that I had collected the item and that I was happy. When I said that I had not received a call back they checked their records and we're able to confirm that while the item was available for collection at 12 noon on Wednesday, no one called me to let me know. They apologised and we proceeded to a Friday afternoon delivery. I would not be at home but gave instructions for where it would be safe to leave the item. The at 8pm on Thursday evening I received a call from the delivery driver asking if Friday AM was suitable and if so could it be early. I was happy for an early delivery and even joked that 8am was ok. They driver then said that by early he meant 6.30 AM! Again I agreed and joked that as it was so early I'd need to set my alarm clock, he assured me that I was his first delivery and he would be there at 6.30. So I got up early. 6.30 came and went. By 8am I understandably concerned and was about to call him when he arrived. He apologised stating that he had been told that the van was loaded but it was not and the delay was due to him having to load the van. While I appreciate that things can go wrong and that delays can happen, I was disappointed in the staffs inability to fulfill obligations they proposed and the obvious inconvenience of being deprived of my much needed beauty sleep. While I may use bathshack again I will have more realistic expectations of their delivery procedures.”
“I initially ordered a Vado kovera wall mount mixer as their website was the only one selling it and its production had stopped 5 years back. Unfortunately just received two boxes for two purchases with just wall cartridges without taps. We contacted them, they apologised and promised to investigate to repeat the process and readily paid us back. Good and responsive customer services!”

“Item (vanity unit) was delivered with a deep surface scratch. It was also wet as it hadn’t been packaged sufficiently. I was only offered a small reimbursement of £50. Quite a fraction considering the cost (including delivery).”
