“Ordered 13 boxes of new tiles only to receive boxes tgat were damp, mouldy and in tatters! Sent email to complain and got ZERO reply! Product condition unacceptable and customer service is pathetic.”

“Bath arrived but it has come with a chrome waste, instead of white as specified. Still waiting on this to be rectified by customer service, a week later.”
“Two attempts to get undamaged bath panels but each time there were dents. In fairness to Bathshack, they did add extra packaging on the second attempt but I think the panels were damaged when they were supplied to them. Customer services were also very responsive and did their best to resolve the issue. My poor rating applies to the Halite bath panels only as I think our issues were down to the manufacturers and their poor packaging/QA rather than Bathshack.”
