Arrived with marks on it. Emailed customer service twice. Still no response

The vanity unit was damaged when I opened it on site. Didn't have time to return it as the job needed to be finished. Made a shelf of similar colour to put beside it and cover up the damaged side

It arrived broken -the glass has smashed. Have emailed Bathshack 3 times with no response. Left voicemail 2 weeks ago no response. Terrible service

Received the mirror smashed to pieces, got a refund fairly quick, but out of pocket as did not get the delivery charge back 11.99 delivery, will not be shopping here again, just to update had a call back, had the delivery charge refunded now, from Natasha who was very helpful.

Arrived broken inside the glass, have emailed and repeatedly chased bathshack, they said a week or two that they would contact the supplier, and are now not responing.

Damaged when delivered. After calls and multiple emails, STILL no response from this rubbish company. Do yourselves a favour and use a company who actually looks after its customers! Disgraceful!

Terrible customer service waiting over a week for response, I had to threaten to contact my bank to get a response. I gave a reply and still waiting over a week for another response. But don’t worry, I will be taking it further, it’s not a fool your dealing with.

Will never order anything from Bathshack again. Due to an issue with the website we ended up ordering the wrong size shower screen. It took 2 weeks of frustrating phone calls to get them to collect it and send out another one that was the correct size. They refused to admit liability and charged us for the delivery. Worst customer services ever.

Wasn't put in any packaging and just sellotaped together... scratched, chipped and marked, by the time I received it.

Tiles were stunning, but besides that everything else is a nightmare. We have ordered 8 big tiles for walls, 120 x 60cm. 3 of of 8 were cracked across, boxes were soaked. Reaching anyone on the phone was impossible, so we refused to take delivery. We have send an email 5 days ago. Except of email back that ticket was open we have not heard from Bathshack. We don't know what our options are, will we get our money back or will we get another delivery. 5 days waiting and nothing.
