“Received the toilet with no flush system or chain. Also wrong toilet seat as the one sent was to small. I requested the one that was advertised with the toilet and told it costs 400euro for the toilet seat. I have never heard of a toilet seat being so expensive. Please don't advertised that is part of the package, if it's not going to be provided. Totally false advertisement. Still waiting on the order to be rectified. So disappointed.”
