“Had this installed about 6 months ago. I'm very happy with the toilet. It looks great! The comfort height is perfect for my partner with mobility issues, and it's worth noting that my 5'2" child is also ok with the height. The flush is good- it clears everything, unlike the dual flush it replaced.
I just have 2 niggly complaints, but they wouldn't put me off buying this model again. Firstly, the cistern is loud when it fills. I have to close the bathroom door behind me when I leave if people are sleeping. The other issue that I've found is that the wooden toilet seat (Arley) that I bought with it from the bathroom store hits the flusher when you put the lid up. This immediately caused damage to the toilet seat. Really that's more of an issue with the seat, but I have a feeling that might happen with other wooden toilet seats, too, because they are chunkier. The problem is that the wooden seat really completes the Edwardian look- I don't want to have to switch to plastic!”
