“I definitely don't offer anyone to get in contact with this company, they do not care what the customer wants. I ordered this vanity unit with a white marble worktop - as it was offered on the website - 2 times it sent me a disgusting dark/a bit lighter grey top unit, which is absolutely not matching our yellowish marble bathroom and it's looks awful....but this company doesn't care”

We are very sorry you feel the service hasn't been up to scratch.
After checking your order we can see you placed your order online. The website does state that the worktop is marble effect. We completely understand that the one you received originally was maybe more intense/ prominent. However on the website it does state that each worktop is unique with natural variations of marble veining and that the patterns and intensity of the veining can differ from each piece.
We did arrange for the original to be picked up and a replacement be checked before being sent out to you. We do understand that it is maybe not what you were looking for and we are sorry about that.
We feel the website has advertised this unit correctly and the marble worktop itself is mentioned 4 times within the product details .
