I'm very sorry to hear that your shower tray arrived damaged. We understand how frustrating this can be.
We do advise our customers that goods need checked within 48 hours of delivery and any issues be reported back to us within this time so we can process a free of charge replacement. If reported after the 48 hours its harder for us to determine where and when the damage happened.
