“This course helps to de-mystify and take the more daunting elements out of French cooking. Pierre Koffmann's reputation as a chef speaks for itself, but he demonstrates in this course how good he is at giving clear explanations of techniques and the reasons behind them.
Aside from his opinion of English mustard, I found pretty much all of this course easy to consume and digest, so to speak. Am very much looking forward to trying some of the classic recipes demonstrated, and heartily recommend the course to anyone who enjoys cooking and eating good food.”
