I identify with Mo and he explains everything in a very relatable way. It is easy to remember the learnings because of the clarity in his explanations. I have enjoyed every minute of this course.

It's an interesting course although it sounds a bit too simple at times.

This course is incredibly insightful as to just why we can sometimes be Our own worst enemy. Mo explains so many aspects of life and our takes on situations. The module on Gratitude should be in mainstream education. I would recommend the Happiness course to everyone. #Treemendous

excellent course, Mo is so practical and down to earth while giving useful tips on obtaining happiness, or at least removing unhappiness. I commend him because he applied his own tips in a terrible tragedy in his life with the loss of his beautiful son Ali. So this gives him pure legitamacy. The only aspect I do not appreciate is him saying AI is out of our control. It is not, and he does not wish to scare us, i get it, but if AI is in the wrong hands, it is detrimental for humanity. And it already has begun. Btw Google is censoring left and right any information which does not fit the current elitist oligarch agenda. Mo is sober enough to understand this. He should also have added a chapter on toxic abuse: remove alcohol and drugs from your life and you will be much happier. Overall, I thank Mo because he gave me great insights. Be well Mo.

I initially subscribed to follow Jo Jo Moye's writing which is also excellent. Mo Gawdat has a different approach to Happiness/ Lifestyle theories & I am already implementing some of his tasks into my routines. The lessons for both courses are short & well paced. I revisit the topics often. I cannot comment on accompanying notes as don't refer to them. Thoroughly enjoying .

Truly fantastic. I’ve applied many of the points in here to my life already and they are just so simple to action. Once you’ve learnt them and use them then you’ll never go backwards.
