“I've struggled with CPTSD for about 7 years, with some help from EMDR and talk therapy. However, the best help and most useful interventions have been from this course and Mo's books. As a psychotherapist I am also using his interventions with (scientist) clients - with great success. I'd love to talk to Mo about combining his work with Stephen Porges' and Deb Dana's Polyvagal Theory and protocols, it could be literally mind blowing!

“I loved the premise that you can retrain your brain with 'Mind Gym' and found the format of the course accessible and engaging. Mo's approach and method is particularly inspiring when you reflect how he feels it has helped him to live with the huge loss of his son.
Having suffered some trauma in my own life, I have used a few of the components of the programme such as mindfulness but it was great to understand a range of strategies and I will definitely be giving erach a go. Thank you Mo!”
