“A very interesting and thought provoking course. It leans heavily on an Eastern somewhat Buddhist perspective. Personally, I don’t fully agree with his analysis of thought being the primary problem.l All the same, a great course.”

“I’ve been studying positive neuroscience for over 12 years, I’ve written my bestselling book The Positive Habit and thought I knew as much as I could on the subject of happiness. However, Mo’s story of losing his son and also his vivid description of how the brain works have helped me at a time when I needed it most. Thank you Mo, every heart beat was worth it! All my love and gratitude, Fiona Brennan”

“Recommending it to everyone I know. An intelligent but accessable and pragmatic introduction which above all shows how happiness (with some practice) is accessable to nearly all of us on a nearly daily basis.”
