A very interesting and thought provoking course. It leans heavily on an Eastern somewhat Buddhist perspective. Personally, I don’t fully agree with his analysis of thought being the primary problem.l All the same, a great course.

In this course Mo Gawdat leads us on a fascinating journey. He explains in simple language how we can be the masters of our brains and happiness by using techniques involving mindfulness and neuroplasticity.

I’ve been studying positive neuroscience for over 12 years, I’ve written my bestselling book The Positive Habit and thought I knew as much as I could on the subject of happiness. However, Mo’s story of losing his son and also his vivid description of how the brain works have helped me at a time when I needed it most. Thank you Mo, every heart beat was worth it! All my love and gratitude, Fiona Brennan

Recommending it to everyone I know. An intelligent but accessable and pragmatic introduction which above all shows how happiness (with some practice) is accessable to nearly all of us on a nearly daily basis.
