What was your primary motivation for purchasing this course? Pursue a hobby, Achieve career goals
I m at lesson 5 didn't know about the course notes where are they? Steven is a very intense & in depth speaker, I'd describe his delivery " asrapid machine gun fire " unless you're able to hold your concentration for a long time you will only retain some of the information he sharing- I absolutely love his podcast but he is generally limited asking questions and occasionally giving an opinion are scenario. But I'm on lesson five and have 11 more lessons to go I would describe the first four as an introduction, background & psychology behind building a self made business -the fifth the "deck building" exercise is the 1st practical actual forward movement towards achieving a new enterprise - I should know by lesson 16. I don't want to judge Steven too harshly because he's only going by his own experiences - I will hopefully end up using his enterprising business builder map with my background and style -Thanks for asking Margaret

I’ve followed Steven Bartlett for some time, and I’ve always loved his personality, his stories, and how grounded and humble he is. This course was exactly what I needed to help get my business started. Each chapter was concise, clear, and straight to the point. I really appreciated the notes and exercises, because they helped me put the lessons into practice. This course and Steven has been the mentor I needed to begin this journey. Hope he creates more courses. Love his contents.

Informational, inspiring, and thought-provoking for anyone willing to do some real thinking! I started this course initially looking for prompts and insights as a companion on my journey to rethink and redirect my small service-based business, but I found so much more. His personal stories combined with his articulation of the business topics got me thinking about both life and work. Not only could I connect with the content, but I also thought of others in my orbit who could also get something from watching. Steven is an engaging presenter -- authentic, candid, and credible...no bs, no jargon. Time well spent.

5 stars – Steven Bartlett’s BBC Maestro course is game-changing Canadian here. I’ve tried a few ventures: grew a game company fast on LinkedIn, then did carpentry because I love it—both taught me a ton before I pivoted. Your Diary + this course shifted everything: start small, test cheap, get feedback quick, build without burning out. Spot on. Now I’m helping my wife with her art while running a simple baking side thing—date, blueberry, lemon squares. Low cost, easy, low stakes. No sales yet, but I’m baking batches, sharing with friends for input, posting locally in West Kelowna, and eyeing a farmers’ market soon. Feels good to just keep moving forward. Practical steps, real motivation—exactly what I needed. Highly recommend if you want to turn ideas into action. Thanks Steven! Chad (West Kelowna)

Practical, realistic, and deeply profound: there is no such thing as the "perfect time." After reflecting on Steven’s advice and my own journey as a physician, I’ve realised that waiting for the stars to align is just a form of standing still. I’m finally opening the private practice I’ve always dreamed of—imperfect timing and all.
