Here we are learning from a master, a maestro. The lessons are in an order that makes sense and is logical. Jed uses simple metaphors to explain the jargon and explain the intricacies of writing for television. Without question the best £80 I have ever spent. He talks and conveys the subject matter with a level of informity that makes it easy to absorb. The perfect lunch guest.

The videos along with the course notes provides great value for money. Jed is a great instructor and presents his knowledge and experience in clear terms. The course being self paced is an advantage too.

Jed has a very scientific/analytical approach, which I find particularly interesting/valuable, because it is profoundly different yet complementary to my own more emotional methodology.

First off, I really like Jed Murcurio's communication style. He clearly and methodically communicates. With his background in science and medicine it is fascinating to me. His examples, through science (I am a very creative person and don't have gifts on that side of the brain) I am amazed at how I have obtained visuals that have helped me organize multiple options in developing story. I am about 5 episodes into his course. I studied the essentials of TV/FILM through NYU/Tisch in USA (My home) and that was very helpful -- this is getting into greater detail - which is where I am at as I am writing a limited series for TV. My characters are British & Scottish and I also wanted to gain insight into TV/FILM in the UK -- and this course, so far, is giving me some insight there as well .
