“Excellent. I have to admit that when I started watching this course, I thought Julia had only written the Gruffalo (I know she will groan if she reads that). As a writer of gardening books and former teacher working both in 11-18 and then 3 upwards age groups, I found this course so interesting in so many ways. I now feel I have the confidence to write children's stories, even if only for my own grandson. It's something I have been thinking about for 35 years. Time to do it. The course takes you through everything you need to know, including some things you might not have thought about.”
