“Very firm pillow not soft like the normal memory foam pillows I’ve had, it doesn’t feel like it adjusts to my head/neck shape. Takes some time to get used to the difference if you are used to a softer pillow but my neck pain has reduced significantly since using this pillow so must be doing something right. Unsure where the “cooling” comes into it as I don’t notice a “cooling” factor”
