“Service from the store was great. I’m not convinced the pillow is cooling, and I found that it was over-stuffed and hurt my upper back and neck. I unpicked the seam of the pillow and took some stuffing out. This has helped heaps. I would recommend to Cloud9 that they should put a zipper in the pillow to make it easier to take stuffing out.”
