“Ive tryed to contact yous due to your mistake via email more than one occasion . I’ve left a message on page also could i be contacted also !! Still no response . I put in an order before xmas for Xmas presents as I can’t gift Tshirts that the name yous have spelt wrong Cleary wrong . I did pay $49.95 no now I’d like a refund due to it taking so long and no reply to emails etc . Such poor customer service”

Our customer care team normally respond within 24hrs, however as you acknowledge in your email, we have indeed been closed for the past 2 weeks. We ALWAYS fix any mistakes made by our team.
