“Well, great great niece/nephew no.6 has arrived. It's a boy, Oliver, and all arrivals have rec eived a gift from Bespoke Baby. No. 7 is due in August and I'll be back in touch with Bespoke Baby when that one arrives. Also, my dentist is due in September & I suggested she should check out the website so she can give suggestions to her friends & relatives. The parents have been very happy with the various hampers I chose & I certainly recommend Bespoke Body & Kids.”

“Delivery was very fast, quality of products are great. Only downside was that the website didn’t give me the option of adding a note, so when the gift was received they didn’t know who it was from. They had to call the company to find out, and at first were told by the company that they couldn’t give out that information. I’m not sure I’ll use this service again unless they fix this issue.”

Hi there, sorry to hear about your experience. But during checkout there is an option to add notes, which gives an option to add your message. For gift packs we do not disclose names unless it’s mentioned, which normally is in notes. Almost every customer who wants to convey message with gift packs add their notes.
