“Delivery was very fast, quality of products are great. Only downside was that the website didn’t give me the option of adding a note, so when the gift was received they didn’t know who it was from. They had to call the company to find out, and at first were told by the company that they couldn’t give out that information. I’m not sure I’ll use this service again unless they fix this issue.”

Hi there, sorry to hear about your experience. But during checkout there is an option to add notes, which gives an option to add your message. For gift packs we do not disclose names unless it’s mentioned, which normally is in notes. Almost every customer who wants to convey message with gift packs add their notes. “The material is lovely my only complaint would be that the body width for size 12 is narrow, however the length is good, if there was a size 14 it may have have been better”

Hi Chandra, Thanks so much for your feedback. We are more than happy to offer an exchange of the shirts don't fit. We offer adult sizes, the extra small would be very similar to size 14. “The name of the baby was spelled incorrectly on the gift box despite me supplying correct spelling. The card was spelled correctly but the box was wrong. I have written an email to customer service. I have not received a response from your team as yet. otherwise very happy with the hamper, quality of garments and delivery times.”

“The outfit is beautifully made although the sizing is very wrong, I ordered newborn and the label says 000 / 0 - 3m, but the outfit is big enough to fit a 6 - 12m old.”

Hi there, Thanks so much for your feedback. The set that you ordered is not available in newborn size, the smallest size available 0-3 months. Typically 0-3 months starts to fit a new baby around 6-8 weeks old (they all grow differently) Are clothes are generous in size, we think it is better that babies grow into our clothes than be too small when they arrive.
