“Great concept of an old method. The only thing I have any dislike for is the ends of the bar.
Some routines I like I grab (hold) the bar by the ends to avoid unnecessary uncomfortable twisting of my wrists. I am considering wearing gloves to protect my palms from the
unpleasant "nubby" ends of the bar. I would slightly increase and round the ends of the bar
to accept the nubby ends of the tubing from exposure, making for a comfortable grip anywhere. Because I like the product so much, there will be no charge for my valuable
product improvement design. All the best. Rich”
“I am disabled, not being able to stand because of spinal stenosis. I love the body gym because I can do them sitting down for most parts of my body. I already feel that it is working in my arms, legs & waist I do them everyday .
I love that the exercises are listed on bar so they can be seen in case you forget or want to try a new one.
I remember this item being on market years ago. Thank you Marie for bringing it back & improving it.

“I would definitely recommend the BodyGym. It is exactly as advertised. It's easy to use and the DVD's have multiple workout options for any level of fitness. I do not have a gym nearby and chose this as an alternative to keep in shape. You can easily complete a workout in 20minutes. .”
“Can’t believe I bought two of these, one for me one for the wife. The good the bad and the ugly. The good, these things actually give you a good workout. We done upper in the morning lower in the evening you could feel the burn raise your heart rate and sweat pretty good, each session took about 15 minutes. Would recommend, you can literally do it all with this thing. The bad, just like the other thousands of dollars I’ve spent exercising I used it about five days and quit. Now the ugly, as with most all my other equipment in the past I tried finding alternate uses for these as well. Treadmill, bicycle and others were great clothes racks, I tried hanging them up on the wall and hanging clothes on them, even stretched one out like a clothes line but to bulky and saggy when you hang jeans and towels on it. Tried putting them together to use for a dog chain giving him some flexibility but kept coming apart the dog would get loose and I’d spend more time trying to catch him than I did exercising. So for now I found them a good resting place under the bed. This review is not intended to degrade the BodyGym, it is intended to show how lazy I am. I believe this would really work if you stay with it.”
