“I got this to work out at home when i cant get to the gym. I use this 3x a wk. and lifecycle 3x a wk for half hour. Its a good workout. I got the blue bands to up my workout too! It works out your whole body. I do the supplemental workouts too! Its a great product and portable for business people, travelers. or if you are on a trip or cant get to the gym. Doesnt take up too much space, store it under your bed or in a cabinet. It says 9 min workout but im finding it takes me a half hour and half hour to do my lifecycle. Maybe thats because i do 30 reps sometimes 40 instead of 20.. This is ideal if you are 5'2" to 5'7". Im 5'7 3/4" so i had to modify like 3 or 4 of the exercises because i didnt want to stretch out the bands. Its really a good product. Thanks! thanks Marie!”
