“Finally ordered one after deciding I wasn't going to renew a gym membership. It was so easy to assemble (there's hardly any assembly actually), it's very light and it works! You can change the resistance as you see fit, and I find it to nicely target the muscle groups you want to work on. It comes with two DVDs that have loads of different exercises for various muscle groups, or a guided workout for lower body, and then upper body. I've only used it a handful of times so far but I think (I hope) it's safe to say it's durable. I actually love using it during commercials as I watch tv :-)”
