But if you ever feel something going wrong, it's very easy to stop any exercise immediately. Your BodyGym is helping me train for the 2018 Ohio MS Bike to the Bay. I signed up for 50 miles. But would like to do more. I have a fundraiser on FB. This past week was my first 100 mile cycling week of the season.”
“I feel the videos are old but do a good job on explaining the exercise. I think starting out with a more resistant band would be more useful. I have to roll the red band just below the knees to get any resistance because I am only 5 ft. tall. I'm not sure how long the red ban will be useful before I have to go to a stronger band. It seems like a waste of money for red band.”
