“I like the bar but was thoroughly disappointed in the CD. I kept looking at the 2 prices and they both looked the same so I purchased the cheaper one. NOW I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. The lower price does not include the workout. It shows the work out is next but the CD doesn't go to it. It only gives you the warm-up and then you are on your own. If the ad made that distinction I didn't see it. Also, even on the warm up, it didn't tell you what was next so by the time you realized that the bar was in another position you missed half of the warm up.”
