The design and color combination, (black/red), does not yell at you, (like similar products that are brightly colored; yelling constantly; look awful anywhere; and you end up moving it out of sight...(“out-of-sight”...”out-of-mind”). I absolutely love the instruction decals!!! No guessing or trying to remember a particular exercise!
