“I like this very much, it's simple to use - exercising in general is not always easy. lol But if you just keep saying, just 10 minutes a day - it will get you started. The more you do it the more energy you will have to continue. So it's not only a physical thing but a mental thing. I've only had it a little while. But one thing I would like to see more of is using the body gym with a cardio work out. That way I can alternate each day with cardio and toning/muscle work. And I would like to see more videos in the video member area as well.”
