“The bar is very sturdy. + Routines are clear. + Instructors are good about telling you how to hold your body to get the most from your routine and to prevent injury. - cost seems a little bit high for the product. - routines could sequence better, that is, I would do all of the nonbar sequences first and sequences with the bar second, so one is not spending time messing with the bar. Having said this, I have done only a few sequences, so maybe as I go along these will get better.”
