“This product so far is what's advertised. After a week of using the BodyGym my arms, shoulders and even my stomach feels a bit stronger. I have used the BodyGym's upper body exercises on the stick, doing each exercise 15 times 2 or 3 times 6 days a week. If it was a harder exercise I did each exercise in slots of 5, rest, 5 rest, 5 rest to equal 15. Some exercises are a bit easier and can be done 10 rest, 5 rest to equal 15. The longer I do the exercises the better I feel. Best of all, my lower back problems (muscular) are much better, even only after a week. I do not have spinal problems. I combine this with walking. This is a great program. I'm going to Europe 2019 October. My extended family won't see me until then. My sister feels that there is not much you can do at our age to change our bodies. I'm 66 years old and I'm feeling great and expect to feel and look fitter by next October and we'll surprise them all!”
