“I’m gonna be brutally honest here the team is nice and professional but they are either understaffed or over booked I got a HC classic lvl 1-40 it’s not easy I get it but I haven’t had my account in a little over 2 weeks and today I find out my character is lvl 11 and not even close to done I really want to rate them higher again they are nice and professional but time zone difference makes it hard to be in contact properly some days takes them 5-6 hours just to give you an update and some days they just don’t send you an update”
