Had to reschedule my run my guess is because of the time I booked the raid with 10mins before it started got told later it would be rescheduled the next day. Bit of a pain but it's ok :) Wish it was easier to speak to staff and raid leaders about when invites get sent out or who they are before they send an invite, because if your completely new to this( I was) a random could invite me and it's not you guys it could be seen as I ain't going or I think it's the service I paid for Lucky for me I am as out of reach for people to see me. They need to be more effective in talking to there clients to warn them invites are going out soon in-game. Brings me to discord Don't see the point of having a discord if we can't see anything, leaving and re joining is very tiresome idea to get the bot to respond to you to and with that I gave them 4 stars. Everything else was spot can tell it's ran by professionals the way they did the tactics.i Wil definitely use the service again

For the HC we had a casual 40m delay. Until now most of the times I wad happy with the services but this really was not it.
