“I have to stop after 3 from 5 keys, I'll give you the other 2 keys. Your boosters even wanted the items I got. They had such a lousy gear score. So this time was really anything but nice. I've never had such a long wait or having to look for people through LFR. If I pay you, I expect you to have a group and not take random people. They don't get any money for it, you do. If I want to go random, I'll look for people myself.”

“Support was very helpful when it came to finding me a run within my price range and was even able to set it up to happen after the weekly reset. My main critique would be that once they said they messaged the team and was told they'd be ready in an hour and 30min, I had to check in with them after no messages after 40 minutes to get an estimate. I would just like that when you get an estimate for when the run can start that you pass the information along to us so that we know if we have time to do something else. Team was really good, communicated well and we got it in time which was nice.”
