“There was bleed through on some parts of the white lettering. This was our proof box. We reorderd a second proof to see if this would help. Hopeful that we won't have any issues.”

“I've gotten these boxes a couple of times and just want everyone to know if you design the box yourself make sure your letter are bold and your graphix are big or the print just doesn't stand out. Makes it hard to read. I had a "slogan" on the front and you can barely see it. That's okay. We've adjusted already for the next print. I just want people to know.”

We pride ourselves in our high print quality. If you don't think your boxes printed well, please let info@boxup.com know so you can fill out a claim form. It is important that the artwork guidelines are followed. If you upload poor quality artwork or too small of text, it can cause print to not look as clear as you would like.
