“I was ever disappointed in my experience. The girl on my account went on vacation. When she returned she informed me that due to her absence in approving my design, my boxes would be pushed a week unless I paid an extra $400. Considering that I already paid for rush shipping, I found that to be unacceptable. The company should have covered the cost of the shipping. I’m sure that’s not the norm but it was my very unfortunate experience and definitely ruined what I had planned for box recipients.”
“Customer service was amazing! However, the print quality was poor/ blurry with my grey text. The black looked great though.
Also, I designed an orange box and the simulator didn’t show clearly that there would be a black border. I only wanted it to be orange, it doesn’t look right. I didn’t order a sample because these were issues I didn’t foresee being a possibility.”
