“It’s one thing to have a great company who can deliver amazing quality products, efficiently and at reasonable prices.. but truthfully, how the company responds and handles mishaps/errors TRULY reveals who they are and whether or not they can do honest business. We had a lot of problems with my particular order and the team was in constant communication the entire time, helping and trying to resolve everything. I was mostly dealing with a woman named Heather and I believe a designer named Mika (both of which were so on top of everything it just made the mishaps a lot less stressful). At a certain point, I had to speak with a gentleman named Curt who I believe is the owner of the company. He was really able to listen and understand the problems I was facing and was just so transparent and honest about the whole situation. We are all human, we all make mistakes and none of us our perfect, but it’s how we handle these situations that matter. Not only is my final product so AMAZING I could just cry looking at it, but the way the entire experience went from beginning to end really makes me want to work with the company again and recommend them endlessly to anybody I know.
