“We'd be happy to chat on the phone for more info, but Box Up wouldn't do any mock-ups for us, we had to outsource that, we had to pay duties for duty free product to bring into Canada even though it's US made, and I had to eat that cost which eliminated any margin on my order. Plus I am not getting communication when emailing customer service. And we couldn't pantone match which resulted in the client being happy about the quality of the box, but very unhappy about the colour compared to their logo. (We were warned about the colour being off, but I can't understand how you can't get closer to correct pantones.)”
Thank you for your feedback. We try to respond to all emails within 1 business day. BoxUp only pays the shipping to Canada. All duties and taxes are done between the UPS and the receiver of the packages. BoxUp gives UPS the Tariff code associated with our product during the shipping process.
We print in CMYK which does not allow for exact Pantone matches. However, we do have a color swatch product we can create for you which allows you to see 8 different colors, all close to your original color, all at one time. You can also order 1 printed proof free of charge using the promotion code PROOF before placing a full order. All you would pay is shipping.
