“First time SAGE order. We appreciated the trade discount and quick turnaround. As reported to customer service, our customer received boxes that weren't square. In addition to the all over ink, the extra tension required to force the boxes square made it nearly impossible for the tape to stay on the box. Our customer went as far as to purchase the recommended Scotch tape and overlapped the sides to no avail. He had to run a triple run of tape over all the seams of the box to keep 25 lbs of goods from falling out of the 50 lb rated shipper box. He loved the quality of the box imprint, but was very unhappy with a bunch of tape all over the boxes as they were hand delivered to clients for a virtual event. We applied a 100% discount for our client due to the issue. If you could provide some sort of in house credit for our next order, it would be appreciated. We supply mailers and shippers for events across the country.”
