“Yes, being in the promotional industry,. my biggest beef is I only get a 10% margin. The normal margin is 40-50%. I can always go down, but I can not go up. I understand you may need this for selected clients, but feel a secondary site for the promotional industry so we can make margin. And that site should be "end user" friendly, so we can direct the client to see the prices we like to sell at without any information or chat sesssions from you. Again, I love tyour company, but my only beef is you are not really set up as other industry suppliers.”
