“I ordered these baskets for my wife and her visiting mother since I was out of town. They were delivered at the end of the day and the treats were melted and not appetizing. My wife called the support number and was promptly told that a new shipment would be delivered right away and that they were sorry for the unsatisfactory product. Then next package got delivered at 9am - the contents looked perfect and were absolutly wonderful! They had never seen such appetizing and beautiful treats before.
