“I placed an order to be sent to a certain address; however the person receiving the gift would be out of town upon arrival. I contacted Broadway Basketeers but it was too late to divert to the new location. They accomodated me by sending a replacement order to the new address and didn't charge any additional fees. Speaking of customer care and service... they were absolutely the best.”
