Gust Guard Clamp & Cord Car Cover Tie Down System For Windy Conditions Reviews

These are necessary for the covers to keep them from blowing away. I use four of them. They work in very window conditions and don't damage the cover.

It fits perfectly, is easy to put on and take off, and seems extremely well made!??

Good product. What I'd like to see in the future is: a. A little longer as it comes down mid-way to the hub-cap. b. Offer side view mirror pockets. c. Add underside ties in front of the front tires and behind the rear tires. I don't care for the plastic optional attaching clips. I plan to buy from California covers again - - John / sends

What's to say about this? Just recieved today. Cord is cord (more or less), and I'm familiar with this type of clamp... should be fine.

Used it right away and found that it kept the car cover in place during 60 mph winds!

I purchased a great outdoor car cover which was actually performing very well considering the strong winds we experience in Oklahoma. That being said, I felt that I needed that extra bit of assurance that my cover would not have the chance of being blown off my car so I purchased the Gust Guard Clamp &Tie Down System. Prior to installing this system onto my car cover, the wind had pulled the cover up over the front lower spoiler of my car and since the installation my car cover has stayed tightly in place with no further problems of the wind getting up under the front of my car cover. I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it if you reside in an area with windy conditions.
