“£175.00 for a boot liner which is not symmetrical and does not fit the car. One side is 4.5 cm shorter than the other and the bumper flap is not central. The first customer service person acknowledged the item was faulty, however her managed blocked this. Promised calls never returned, the only option continuous e mails. So far after 4 weeks I’ve got no where with resolving this, hence my review. When an item is made to measure that is what I expect. As a nurse it takes me a lot of patient care to earn £175.00. This company has a few different names, purchase at your peril.”
