“Unfortunately my experience hasn’t been great with the product itself, the fastener clips came undone for two separate mats. The company have been helpful in sending out new clips but in further I think I’d always buy genuine mats.”

“Ordered for 2 vehicles, most of the mats arrived on time, however the van loading bay mat didn't arrive. Called then as no-one had contacted me, they said they would check with production and call me back that morning, no call. Emailed a few days later and they said there was a delay. Long and short of it 3 mats and 2mths later and still not received the correct size, despite me measuring, them asking for conformation, me confirming and them getting it wrong again.”

“I must admit the service was 1st class. the mats turned up within days of me placing my order, and the lady on the other end of the phone could'nt have been more helpful. the quality of the the carpets is 1st class, and they fitted like a glove. I would recommend to anyone give them a go.”

“Great service. Just installed the mats into my car and they fit perfectly and good quality. There was a delay in my order due to their rubber supply but I was informed and given the option to cancel my order. Open and honest communication. Which I love. Would highly recommend.”

“The site advertised mats for smart cars, on contacting about mats for my smart crossblade unsurprisingly they didn’t make them. However, after chatting with Amy, who is an absolutely wonderful employee and top notch at customer service, she said if I made a template of my existing mats and sent it in they would set it up and make them for me. I now have the new mats which look stunning and all the extra work and programming came at no extra cost. Car Mats and Amy are a fantastic company which I shall recommend to fellow Crossblade owners. Thank you.”
