The mats are cracking but the clips on the driver side mat does not fit my Hyundai I20 which is disappointing.

Ordered for 2 vehicles, most of the mats arrived on time, however the van loading bay mat didn't arrive. Called then as no-one had contacted me, they said they would check with production and call me back that morning, no call. Emailed a few days later and they said there was a delay. Long and short of it 3 mats and 2mths later and still not received the correct size, despite me measuring, them asking for conformation, me confirming and them getting it wrong again.

Very disappointed with the size of the embroided text on my large forager matt, in the examples I was given before ordering the logo was around 3 times the size of the one delivered. So poor I am looking at getting the mat altered elsewhere. Would not recommend!

Can't comment as haven't received mats. May be v nice but delivery service useless. (yodel). Should have been delivered Saturday. Contact online yesterday informed me due by 9 pm. Now told We'd but unable to speak to a human. Won't use again while you use Yodel.

Bought the semi tailored rear seat cover and can only say to other potential customers ( at least for the 5 series ) don’t waste your money, poor fit, parts of the seat totally uncovered, the back rest cover isn’t long enough so the top of the seats are left uncovered and even when you lower the blackest section further it is still too short to fit into the crease between the backrest and the seat base, the material itself seems a good quality there’s just not enough of it !! Asked to return it as dissatisfied and after several weeks and ping pongs of photo’s etc and of course the catch all of “ cannot see any manufacturing defects” and will accept a return if in as purchased condition, and only a 75% refund ( 25% retained for restocking ) I decided to fit it in my wife’s Kia Picanto ! Not a great experience for me and won’t use them again

Been asked to write a review but yet to receive them. No updates in the 3 weeks since I placed the order. I've paid over £250 and heard nothing at all other than a request for a review. Well improved customer communication would be nice - regards the product I've no idea.

A long delivery and then only one item delivered, one still outstanding. There does not seem to be a way of contacting them so I dont know if the missing item is outstanding or just been forgotten. HELP!

The product is beautiful, we opted for the full quilted liner for our Discovery and were impressed with what came Unfortunately it wasn’t quite tailored to our car and we had to do some cutting to make it fit properly.. we also had to cut through the badly attached Velcro where it had been squashed together in corners and overlapping… the holes in the fabric that allow the cargo rings to be used were on the wrong end of the fabric and it couldn’t be turned round to fit as the side would then have been wrong. I’ve had to cut the material where the Landrover boot comes down on opening as the mat was stopping it from down so, there is a ring in the middle of the car for which no hole in the material was made… Not a great bespoke item and if I weren’t desperate for it I’d be returning it for a refund!

I have required van mates for my transit custom automatic 20 registration But they don’t fit at all I have sent 2-3 emails for a refund I’m not very happy with the service at all quality of the product is not very good

Possitves: Quick delivery Negative: car mates have only been in the car for a week and they are already damaged on the drivers side, with a visible wear. The drivers mat at this rate will wear through within a few weeks. Paid nearly £60 for the mats, would have been better of getting £15 mats from Azamon. Cheap mats, low quality. Would not recommend

Unfortunately Yodel threw the package over the gate without calling the gate to be allowed in and yes, we can prove that there was no attempt made to press at the entry phone panel. We found the package stuck under the gate on our way out for the airport. The cover was wet and a little dirty as it had been raining a lot and we had to leave it to dry so we have not get been able to try it on the vehicle. I have sent the photos to Yodel, but in all a very disappointing choice of courier so far. We will have a look to see how the cover fared when we get back.

Hi we would love to review your car mats but have not yet received them, you used Yodel for delivery and although no other delivery firms have a problem finding us Yodel always do !

Bitterly disappointed … ordered ahead of Christmas with the right postage to arrive before Christmas as a gift. With no communication to explain any delay, they finally arrived mid January. Won’t be ordering from car mats uk again.

Hi I've not received yet ,they were due to be delivered on Friday to my local Yodel hub due to I was not going to be home ,but tracker said out for delivery ,contacted yodel via online chat and they said the driver ran over his working time ,said they were in van ready to deliver today once in area but still nothing ,so will wait till Monday to see if they arrive ,
