Communication was pretty quick and friendly overall. I felt up-to-date at all times. The product is flawless, so there is nothing to complain about from my point of view. Delivery to Europe is somewhat pricey... but I guess it is what it is! Not a dealbreaker for me as I have not really seen a custom-made comparable product around my area.
