“I ordered a rear seat cover and car mats from CarMatsUK. The rear seat cover arrived promptly and fits well, but 3 weeks on I am still awaiting the car mats and a response from the email that I have sent to advise of the situation. A good old fashioned telephone number would be gratefully received so that I could talk to a human.”

“Interior mats are great for my XC60 and fit perfectly, but the bootfloor mat covers only about 70% of the floor area. Several inches short in width and length. Have emailed the company to ask they check their pattern.”

“Was pleased with how it looked when it arrived, Not so much after just a couple of weeks the personalisation has started to come apart from the mat and even after a conversation with someone about what material would be best it’s clear I was given the wrong information on that topic, it impressed anymore after 2 weeks in the vehicle”

“The seat covers are made of a heavy duty fabric and will no doubt give great protection. Fit seems a little loose but you have to give them time to take the shape of the seat and Im sure they will be OK. Reason for only two stars - 1. the front covers dont have any cutouts for the tablet holder under the head rest or for the table on the back of the seat. Granted some seats dont have that. 2. The rear seat cover is very basic and seems too small to cover the back rest properly. 3. The biggest issue for me was that out of the box the covers stink of what I can only describe as smoke, as though they are fire damaged. I am going to have to wash the covers to see if I can get rid of the smell. To be honest not really impressed for a set of covers that cost just under £100.”

“Mats arrived with personal embroidery spelt wrong!!! Ordered NISSAN 200SX S14 but received NISSAN 2000SX S14 An extra ‘0’ in the number! These were for a birthday present for sons show car- how embarrassing… Looked to call but this company has no telephone number…”

“Whilst the matts are good quality, the heel pad was a waste of money as has been stitched too far back and so my heel sits in front of it (I have male size 9 so not unusually small) and even worse as the heel pad is quite thick, because it is too far back going from accelerator to brake I catch my foot on it, so I will have to unpick it and remove as is dangerous!”

“Hi The Matt’s don’t fit great . When pushed onto pins in Ford custom the Matt is lumped up in various places . Wouldn’t recommend these .”

“Carpet fits good . But there is a big line straight down it from missing material wich looks very untidy I also orderd it with red trim and has turned up black . Delivery was also late after waiting around for it to turn up once they had sent a time and got no notice to say it wasn’t coming that day then”

“The matts didn't fit as I would of exspected, the front drivers and passenger sides are too big and do not fit properly. and the rear isn't right either and do not fit properly either.”

“First I would just like to say that I got my new car mats on time. however the order placed arrived wrong and I was charged for something I did not get. I did write an email explaining the issue but to date not received a response.. I am not usually one to complain about anything so this is not in character.”

“When opening in the bag, one of the black studs was broke. It looks like it wasn't done properly in manufacturing. I have to glue it back on for it to work proper disappointed.”

“20 days for delivery and difficult to get a response. Emails returned under a job ticket and when I called there was a fault in the line. Customer comms could be better.”
