“Although it looks and feels like a good product there are something that you could improve on 1 eyelet holes need to be a little bit bigger as some fit through others don’t 2 boot liner fits but in some areas it needs to be abit bigger/ longer so it covers the carpet area fully falls short in number of places by cm 3 would of liked Velcro down the side where it meets the back seat as dirt can get through the gap would of liked it to of been fully sealed with this”

“Been asked to write a review but yet to receive them. No updates in the 3 weeks since I placed the order. I've paid over £250 and heard nothing at all other than a request for a review. Well improved customer communication would be nice - regards the product I've no idea.”

“Communication wasn't great as I had to chase them on numerous occassions as to when the mats would be delivered only to find out there had been issues with their dispatch area.”

“Very poor customer service. After 12 days I emailed to request an update, no response. Emailed again after another couple of days, no response. I then tried to contact via the virtual agent on the website, no response. No phone number is listed on the product website. I checked the company - to validate it was a real company, luckily it is. My boot liner finally arrived yesterday after ordering on November 17th.”

“Colour wise, my beige car mats were spot on. Although, l ordered the deluxe mat, l felt like their probably wasn't much difference between deluxe and standard. The mats seem very thin, even at this level and aren't a great fit.”

“With two dogs, Scottish weather and a love of the countryside, it was essential to find a liner for the boot of my 4x4. Could not fault the quality of the product which arrived in about 2 weeks. A little tricky to fit, but got there in the end. No doubt a premium product at a premium price but I am trusting it will stand the test of time and the rigours of the washing machine. With many thanks....”

“Great product but communications about delay in delivering was v poor. No phone number and then email response is that it could take several days to reply! Not the best customer service and when you place the order they should advise you then that there would be a delay”

“I did state that the car was a long wheelbase which makes the rear mats longer than normal but the ones I received were for the standard wheel base. In all other aspects I am happy with the product .”

“The product delivered for my new Mustang Mach E was exceptional. It fits perfectly. I have had other boot liners in other cars but this trumps them all. It even caters for the fact you can lower the floor in the boot and will still be perfectly fitted with it up or down. The picture below is with the floor raised. Thank you.”

“Never buy anything from this company again, ordered luxury car mats they are cheap and nasty can buy same mat's for less than a fiver elsewhere so the embroidery cost £45”
