“was a shame the mats arrived damaged, only the drivers mat but it was a Xmas pressie and I have found it very hard to get a replacement and communication was really hard. Finally I have had a response and my new driver mat should arrive very quickly.”

“I have received my mats 3 are fit perfect but the drivers mat is too short not even under drivers pedals so if mud or wet shoes will drip onto the carpet not the mat. I have emailed but with no response”

“The drivers mat will not allow the clips to lock the mat in place. The boot mat doesn't fit the shape of the boot. I like the drivers mats Union Jack heel logo. It gives a personal touch to the car.”

“Ordered a backseat cover for a 74 plate Nissan Juke, although the cover is described as semi fitted it fits very poorly across the seat ,the elasticated bottom has no where to tuck into,it rides up and needs adjusting regularly. The seat belt connections don't come through the openings properly. The back of the seat is fine. The material is good quality and it's better than having dog hair on the material upholstery. All in all very expensive for what it is”

“The 'Exclusive' spec mats have a decent quality carpet material but they came without the added carpet heel pad I selected. Also one of the fixing clips came apart when I tried to remove and readjust the mat due to the fact the driver mat was not laying fully flat as the fit was very slightly off.”

“The actual mat is nice but the way it attaches is not good. The Velcro is pre attached with peel of sticky strip. This isn’t cut into sections but just folded around corners. It doesn’t stick enough to resist the mat being pulled from the Velcro so the mat and the Velcro strips come away when you try and take the mat out to clean it. This part of the product really does need to be revised. Or the side walls should be stitched to main base mat so that it’s a kind of bucket…”

“Second time I've used car mats - purchased a quilted boot liner for my Audi TT. Adequate but slightly underwhelmed - base fits well but velcro fasteners are pretty crummy & separate side panels aren't a good match shape wise & so I've not used. Paid extra for a dog flap which isn't as wide as the boot lip. Generally ok but not great & in hindsight seems a high price for effectively a boot mat.”

“I ordered a set of 4 mats and a boot lid liner with a quilted bumper protector for a Lotus Electra. Unfortunately, although not the end of the world, the rubber boot liner was too long by about 3 inches and will need cutting down, also the quilted bumper protector that is held to the boot liner by a velcro strip, does not do a great job of protecting the whole width of the bumper, which should be the intention of the product, thus 3 stars.”

“It arrived after too long a wait. The quality is good. Some parts have arrived without Velcro, which adds to frustration. It would have been good to have some guidance as to how to best fit the various pieces. For all the hassle and slow customer service, think twice before spending so much money.”

“Given three as the fitting clips on my 2008 and crossland x donot keep the mats in place.first ones I bought were not a good fit.I thought it might be just a fluke .Second time the same thing has happened on the other car too”

“The quality of the seat cover purchased is not under question, it is fine. It does appear however that products are made to order rahter than despatched from stock. The time taken between order and receipt was over long. If it had been explained when ordering that each odrer was individual then it would have been understood. But having chased information, without any response, after a ten day wait was not acceptable. Communication could be better.”

“Hello, The Blinds for the side windows fit but were delivered with 1 suction cup missing on each. I also had to clean out the fluff from the stamped rings. (QC, pay more attention) The main windscreen is cut to size nicely but does not fit around the interior mirror due to the windscreen sensor (no option on ordering). the suction cups dont stick to the windscreen even though i have cleaned it, tried them damp, licking them ......etc. The delivery driver just tossed the package over our 5 bar gate when all the other delivery drivers seem very capable of opening the gate, walking to the house and leaving on the porch or even ringing the door bell. Look forward to your advice on the main suction cups on the windscreen blind and being sent 2 more cups for the side windows. Thanks. Warwick Pugh.”

“I ordered a set of these mats to replace some thin ones that came with my new car as after 2 weeks they had started to curl on the corners on the drivers side, i upgraded from standard to luxary ( 1 level increase ) but when they arrived they were really quite thin just the same as the ones in the car. rest of the mat are pretty nice though, the lining, the heel part and embroidered logo just a shame they were so thin, i would have upgraded to the next level again.”
