“I found the website easy to follow, it said could take up to 5 days to dispatch which it did I can’t tell you anything about the mats as I’m still waiting on them to be delivered. Think you should check with your carrier before asking for a review ☹️”

“The actual mats were of good quality however the fixings were slightly out of exact specification so only one fixing on each of the front seat mats was able to be anchored.”

“The mats are amazing and fit exceptionally well. The reason for the poor score is this company is so so poor at communicating, I tried countless emails and phone calls because I had a question about my order, after a week and a delivery without such as a return call or email I started to panic because as I feared my order was wrong. 10 days it took to talk to someone (shocking), that said they were quick to rectify my order.”

“Having just received them, difficult to say too much about them as of yet. But they do seem to be good quality. The problem now is fitting them, we have an issue with trying to fit the double seat cover, as it won't slip over the back of the seat! I have contacted the supplier, so fingers crossed they will come back with a remedy.”

“The car mats themselves are good quality, however after wondering why they hadn’t been delivered for over a week, discovered that they’d been thrown over the back gate with no note or not email. The mats are currently drying in the sun after being outside for about a week. Highly disappointing delivery experience.”

“I bought the dearest £55 “at home” mats for my wife’s Peugeot 3008. The drivers mat with the location tabs did not fit and the hole was way too big to secure and hold in place. Not received an answer back from my query regarding the faulty mat- but received a review request?”

“The quality is good but the fit isn't, it's too wide between the wheel arches an so doesn't lie flat and rides up the side. Also the shaping around the wheel arches is poor.”

“I had previously purchased mats for a Vauxhall Zafira and Vauxhall Mokka so when I bought a new car I thought I would treat it to a set of 'deluxe mats'. Not only did they take ages to arrive (Ordered 9 May, Delivered 24 May) but the mats are nothing like the deep shag pile mats I have bought previously. I either ordered the wrong quality, or perhaps I previously ordered from a much better retailer. The mats had several loose threads where the border was stiched on, which I removed before installing into the vehicle. They fit but for the money I don't think the quality is there”

“Generally, pretty good car mats for the money. I could not give them a 5 star rating however, because of the following reason:- Although the fixing holes on the driver's mat are in the correct position, the plastic within the circular hole on these mats is slightly too thick for the screws to turn and lock. I haven't driven the car with the new mats in yet. I am hoping they do not slip. Otherwise, good quality mats”

“Front covers are good. Disappointed with rear cover as only 2/3 is tough waterproof fabric. Front skirt is lightweight and flimsy. Not what I expected.”

“Your mats are great, this must be the fourth or fifth time I have used Car Mats UK.... BUT, your comms are awful, no email to confirm order, just an email to confirm mats on way after a week! People LIKE comms, they like to hear you have their order, you have not gone bust and your not scammers. The MD needs to kick some ass and sort this out or poor and inconsistant reviews will put people off. As I said before, great mats that fit perfectly!”

“Bought the "main dealers" mats for my audi a4 avant. Good enough fit but not the heavy deep carpet I was expecting. Really no difference between these and mats ones half the price in terms of quality. Actually thought they'd sent budget ones.”
