“The mats themselves are good quality. The problem is the driver's mat does not click onto the retaining posts. Whilst driving the mat comes out of retaining posts and creeps under the pedals, which could be dangerous. Hence only 3 stars.”

“Colour wise, my beige car mats were spot on. Although, l ordered the deluxe mat, l felt like their probably wasn't much difference between deluxe and standard. The mats seem very thin, even at this level and aren't a great fit.”

“Expected better quality considering I paid for the exclusive mats. The personalisation is off line with the outline of where it should be added, making it look cheap and shoddy.”

“The two rear mats and the front passenger side are very good. The driver side fasteners are slightly too wide which makes the mat raise up at the back.”

“Quality is good but your aim of dispatching orders (apart from boot liners) in 3 to 5 working days was not adhered to - I waited a full 14 days for delivery of my order.”

“Ordered a boot liner in August, contacted customer support end of September when I still had not received it. Turns out they never started production and I wonder if it ever would have shown up had I not contacted them. After several back-and-forths I finally received the product mid December. Product quality is good, although the velcro doesn't stick as well as I would have hoped. Customer support was really friendly, so that brings is up to 3 stars.”

“Great product but communications about delay in delivering was v poor. No phone number and then email response is that it could take several days to reply! Not the best customer service and when you place the order they should advise you then that there would be a delay”

“Mats not an exact fit but maybe because I didn't add a trim around the edge,main problem is the smell of rubber so bad I've removed them and now using my old mats,hopefully after leaving them in fresh air for a week they'll be ok,got what I paid for I suppose.”

“Appear to be good quality. Initially, they had an unpleasant smell but that soon dispersed. However my drivers mat, for a Suzuki, the holes for the securing pegs did not match up.”

“I ordered two have my van covers embroidered with my business name PLD Son & Daughters but received them without also there are only two seats in a NV200 and you sent me four covers very disappointed when I opened them .”

“The drivers side locating studs too tight and have now come apart. Reasonable quality but disappointed with the locating studs. Had better fitting mats elsewhere”
